Feng Chia Student Success Center, the first vocational support unit passed the TTQS assessment.

To help our students effectively improve their competitiveness and smoothly integrate into the workplace, our school’s Student Success Center took the lead in introducing Talent Training Quality System (TTQS) in 2023, and successfully passed the evaluation. It has become the first school in Taiwan to pass the TTQS assessment.

The "TTQS Assessment" is a national-level talent cultivation and training quality system. The passing of the assessment represents the quality assurance of our school's Student Success Center in planning the "pre-employment training" and "workplace competitiveness" courses for students to enter the workplace.

It offers tailored guidance and resources to help students explore their learning and career paths. With both internal and external expertise, providing workplace competency courses aligned with industry needs. 逢甲大學成就學生中心拔頭籌！ 全國大專校院第一所職輔單位通過TTQS評核。

本校成就學生中心於2023年度率先通過國家級人才訓練品質系統（Talent Quality-management System，簡稱TTQS），為全國大專校院第一所職訓單位通過該項評核者。

勞動部「TTQS評核」，是國家級人才培育與訓練品質評核系統，也是上市櫃公司、優質企業、訓練機構和團體積極爭取的品質榮譽指標，通過評核代表著本校成就學生中心在規劃學生步入職場「職前訓練」與「職場競爭力」課程的品質保證。

人才培訓絕非一蹴即成，必須經年累月的不斷投入與專注，成就學生中心將會持續傾聽學生問題與了解需求、關注就業市場需求與社會脈動，媒合資源並提供方向與建議，幫助仍在尋找自我學習或職涯方向的每位學生，在求學期間設定目標，並在學校的協助下一步步實現。同時結合校內外專業師資，為逢甲學生持續規劃與開辦符合產業所需的職場能力課程，並且不斷追求業務辦理創新與突破，達成學生日後進入職場之能力需求、協助學生職場發展。

成就學生中心以學生需求為導向，積極開設職涯相關成就主題課程，如「從A到A+的履歷準備技巧」。

多元的職涯成就課程，提供學生個人、生活、學習與職涯發展的各種諮詢與輔導，如「團隊無間·道」課程。
